CHANGING THE STORY OF BLACK / AFRICAN WOMENIN THE DACH BEGINS WITH US
African Mums in Deutschland is the largest and fastest growing support community for Black / African women in the German-speaking world. Our vision is to empower and assist women of Black / African heritage achieve social and economic progress, independence and successfully integrate and thrive in the DACH Region.
We do this by providing reliable information, advice, guidance, resources and programmes to help lift the barriers they face which prevent them from taking charge of their futures and aggressively combating misinformation.

Information and Guidance
AMD ensures that Women of Black/African heritage living in the DACH Region receive accurate and educational content that will improve their lives and help achieve their social and economic goals on all our social Media platforms.
Training & Workshops
We enable our members to learn and develop new skills that can benefit them in both their professional and private life. We organise and host workshops, training and seminars in every facet of life in the DACH Region.
Support and Assistance
We actively assist women facing challenges to make a change in their life. From mentorship to free language courses to Domestic violence rescue and translation services, these are just a few of the many projects we engage in to support women
Campaigning and Advocacy
From our experiences, migrant women are often left clueless about their rights for many years. We advocate for our voices to be heard and our rights to be respected, we do this by organising campaigns to increase awareness in the society as well as in our communities
